How often should I use the exfoliator?At least twice a week. If your skin is sensitive, you should use it 1 to 3 times a month.

Can the body scrub clog my bathtub?No, all our exfoliators are made with natural ingredients that disintegrate when in contact with water.

Approximately how long do the products last?Since they are made with natural ingredients, we recommend their use for about 3 to 6 months once you open them or start using them.

How often do you ship?We ship every day. Once we receive the order, the process takes about 3 business days if it is sent by mail. Deliveries to our Pick Up Stores may take a few more days.

Do you work International shipping?We are in the best disposition to look for shipping alternatives for customers who contact us from countries outside the US and PR.

Do you offer money back?If there was an error in your order by us (the shipment never arrived, it appears in the USPS system as not having been delivered to the address indicated in the order), we offer the customer the alternative of returning to work your order correctly without any additional charge or make a refund if the client so wishes.

Do you offer the option of changing the product?No changes or returns are accepted if the product was dispatched correctly according to the order received.
